Letters for people with big dreams who don’t want to miss their lives chasing them.

An every-other-week diary for the woman who wants more from life -- more meaning, more possibility, more aliveness -- without turning her whole life into a race toward what’s next.

An every-other-week diary for the woman in the reinvention era of her life -- questioning old definitions of success, ambition, and identity; changing her relationship with money; and getting clearer on the life she actually wants.

Here’s what’s waiting for you inside your inbox:

✉️ ➝ Underneath the life you’re building.
The questions that sit beneath ambition, work, money, motherhood, identity, and success: What do I actually want? What still feels like mine? What have I outgrown? What am I trying to prove without realizing it?

✉️ ➝ What happens when “more” stops meaning “more pressure.”
Wanting more money, more choice, more meaningful work, more beauty, more freedom, more life -- without automatically turning every desire into another reason to push harder.

✉️ ➝ The inner world behind the outer life.
Mental health, nervous-system patterns, fear, uncertainty, self-trust, spirituality, old identities, and the quieter inner shifts that don’t happen just because you made a better plan.

✉️ ➝ Permission to be unfinished.
To change your mind. To want more. To not know yet. To be in the middle of becoming without treating the middle like something you need to escape.

✉️ ➝ Creating a rich life, in every sense of the word.
A life where success isn’t only measured by what you achieve, but by how much freedom you have, how deeply you get to love people, how often you feel curious and alive

Letters from inside my own season of becoming -- through motherhood, work, ambition, money, identity, mental health, spirituality, and all the questions that come with trying to build a life that feels more like mine. But the letters aren’t just about me. They’re an invitation into the questions, tensions, and possibilities that might be alive in your life too.

A little depth, a little rebellion, and a lot of real life --

every other week in your inbox. 💌

You’ll also find little drops of...

➝ Ooh, This.

Something that made me stop, think, save it, send it to someone, or immediately want to tell you about it.

➝ The Invitation

An occasional small practice, question, perspective shift, or possibility to play with your own life.

This email diary is for...

The woman who wants more from life -- not just more achievement, but more aliveness, meaning, creativity, possibility, and truth.

✓

The woman who is no longer convinced that constantly pushing herself is the price she has to pay for a meaningful life.

✓

The woman who still wants the dreams -- deeply -- but no longer wants to lose herself, her time, or her actual life in the process of reaching them.

✓

The woman with a rich inner world, meaningful dreams, and a desire to live in a way that actually feels like her own.

✓

The woman who wants more from life -- not just more achievement, but more aliveness, meaning, creativity, possibility, and truth.

✓

The woman who has started wondering whether constantly pushing herself forward is really the only way to create something meaningful.

✓

The woman who does not want to give up her dreams -- but no longer wants to sacrifice her life to reach them either.

Meet the one who is behind the diary...

Hi, I'm Ava... and I’m here to remind you that you don’t need to have it all together to become who you’re meant to be.

For years, I built my work around helping people trust themselves, understand their inner world, and create meaningful change.

But somewhere between studying growth, teaching it, building a business around it, and trying very hard to become better at all of it, I burned out.

And that helped change the way I see (and practice) almost everything.

Now I’m in a very different era of life -- becoming a mother, reimagining my work, and questioning some of the ideas about growth, success, healing, and ambition that I once took for granted. I'm also learning to be more honest & vulnerable with myself about my inner world & experince, refraining from the urge to perform having it all figured out.

Cultivating Presence Diaries is where I’m unraveling this era of my evolution, and writing from inside this new chapter of life -- not after I’ve figured it out, but while I’m living it.
